Brick Road Community Corporation is the parent company behind Brick Road Coffee, Empower Coffee Roasters, and Prism Coffee Labs. What started as a single neighborhood café in Tempe has grown into a dynamic, community-driven group of businesses with a shared mission: to build spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

Starting Pay: $15.50/hour + Tips (after training period)

Requirements: Valid food handler’s card (as required by local/state law)

Location: Tempe, AZ and/or Mesa, AZ
