We source exceptional coffees from women-owned and women-operated farms and collectives around the world, with a commitment to equity, sustainability, and transparency. Rooted in the belief that inclusion makes us stronger, we are proud to champion the voices of all women in business, science, and beyond. Through intentional sourcing, community partnerships, and a welcoming café space, Empower creates opportunities for women to thrive and for guests to connect over a cup of coffee with purpose.
