Shipping Policy

Our priority at Empower Coffee Roasters is to provide you with great coffee as easily as possible. Please take a look at our shipping policy below for more information about your order.

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once your order has been processed and sent our for shipping, the average transit times are 2-5 business days.

When your package is on its way, you will receive an email notification from us, including the tracking information. 

Multiple orders and back orders

If multiple orders are addressed to the same location, we will ship them together unless multiple shipments are requested. In the occasion that one of your items is back ordered, we will ship all your items on a later date as soon as the back ordered item is available. If you would prefer multiple shipments or partial earlier shipment for these orders, please make sure to contact us at info@empowercoffeeroasters.com.

Damaged shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to offer a replacement.
Email us at info@empowercoffeeroasters.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photographs and a brief description of the issue.
