We are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges or refunds on any coffee orders. 

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to offer a replacement.
Email us at within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photographs and a brief description of the issue.
